Avtar SinghSANGHA(Washington). After a short illness on March 14th, aged 69 years Avtar Singh, a much loved dad and grandad. Would family and friends please meet for service on Friday 8th April in Sunderland Crematorium at 2.30pm. Donations for the National Kidney Federation will be gratefully received at www.justgiving.com/paul-sangha. Avtar worked in various roles at Newcastle City Council and most recently as General Manager, City Works.
